On February 10 Savannah River Winds performed the opening concert for the 2011 Georgia Music Educators Association 10th District Honor Band.
Dr. John Culvahouse, guest conductor, presented The Sudler Silver Scroll award to Rich Brasco and the Savannah River Winds. Dr. Culvahouse is the NBA President and member of the Sudler Silver Scroll Board of Directors.
